Written Estimate Before Work Begins
After the inspection, we provide a written estimate that covers the full scope of work, materials, timeline, and cost. No work begins without your written approval of the estimate. We do not add charges after the fact without prior discussion and approval.
Documented Project from Start to Finish
We photograph every affected area before starting work. During remediation, we document containment setup, material removal, and treatment. After completion, we provide post-remediation documentation that clients use for insurance claims, property sales, and their own records.
Post-Remediation Verification
For projects involving significant contamination, we recommend post-remediation air quality testing to confirm that spore levels have returned to normal. This testing is performed after our work is complete and gives clients documented proof that the remediation was successful.
